Refunds

    Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed for any reason. Please ensure that all order details—including your shipping address, product selection, and contact information—are correct before completing your purchase.

    MelaninPerfection INC is not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

Order Errors / Return Requests

  • If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at melaninperfection3@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review your case and provide a resolution.

  • All other sales are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
