Shipping & Processing Policy – MelaninPerfectionExtensions

By placing an order with MelaninPerfection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Processing Time

  • All preorders require 7–14 business days for processing before shipping.

  • Business days are Monday through Thursday only and do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next available business day (Monday).

Shipping Time

  • Shipping time is estimated to take 3–5 business days after processing is completed.

  • Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen issues) are beyond our control.

  • Once your order has been shipped, Melanin Perfection Inc is not responsible for:

     

    Lost or stolen packages

    • Delays caused by the carrier

    • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

    Disputes & Chargebacks

    • By agreeing to these terms, you confirm your understanding that processing and shipping times are clearly outlined on our website.

    • Chargebacks and disputes related to processing or shipping times will not be accepted, as this policy is agreed upon before completing your purchase.
